Vanilla Cream Cheese Icing

As seen on Red Velvet Cupcakes below!

85g cream cheese
225g icing sugar
62g unsalted butter at room temperature
drop of vanilla extract.

Beat the cream cheese and butter together until softened. Add the icing sugar one-third at a time and beat for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth and no little buttery lumps are visible.
